If you're our customer, you'll see right away that we stick beside you at claim time. Even better, we're pro-active about addressing claims issues BEFORE they happen.
We offer guidance about the claims process and get as involved as we need to be. Some examples of our involvement-
♦ Obtain accident reports
♦ Locate the responsible parties and turn in claims to their insurance company, if necessary
♦ Dispatch service professionals for clean-up (such as fire or water damage)
♦ Contact contractors (if a customer needs this assistance) for repairs
♦ Communicate with adjusters and provide documentation, photos and estimates
