Our goal is to make the process as painless and quick as possible for our customers. Some of the things we do:

♦ Obtain accident reports

♦ Locate the responsible parties and turn in claims to the respective company, if necessary

♦ Dispatch service professionals for clean-up (such as fire or water damage)

♦ Contact contractors (if a customer needs this assistance) for repairs

♦ Communicate with adjusters and provide documentation, photos and estimates
