Life sure wouldn't be much fun without toys, whether you're a kid or an adult. If your toys include a boat or personal watercraft, then make sure they're protected. Watercraft insurance works like auto insurance- you can buy liability coverage to protect the other party and also coverage to protect damage to your watercraft.
Important Note: If you have a homeowners insurance policy, you may have some coverage for damage to your watercraft, but it is very, very minimal. In addition, there may be some liability coverage, but usually only for certain types of boats up to a certain horsepower. That's just too many things left up to chance. Don't risk it!
