Our First Customer Salute
On July 29 and 30 we decided to hold our first customer appreciation event. On Thursday we invited all of our customers in for Sweet Treat Thursday. The agency had cookies, cupcakes and punch available in the office all day. Friday was Thank Goddess It's Friday! A grill was set up on the sidewalk and all customers were welcomed in for hot dogs, chips and soda from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Insurance Goddess was out meeting and greeting all of our guests during lunch and taking photos with customers. We also had an assortment of door prizes up for grabs and everyone in attendance was given one of our new, durable tote bags. These bags are still available for customers in the office so stop in to get yours today!

Agency Participates In "Paint the Town Purple"
June 19 & 20 was the Logan County Relay for Life. To help promote the event, local businesses participated in "Paint the Town Purple", donating window space to be decorated by Relay teams. Votes cost $1, with the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. Our window was decorated by Brenda Moots of the Forsythe Family team and is a fun reflection of Carrie's nickname of the "Insurance Goddess."

Alan Galvez Insurance and Peach Tree Books Co-host Local Event
On May 18, we were pleased to co-host the monthly Logan County Networking Meetup with Peach Tree Books & Company, located across the street from our office. It was a night of firsts- the first block party, the first appearance of the Insurance Goddess and the debut of a special Meetup card offering promotions from certain downtown businesses. Chattan Loch Bistro & Public House catered the event. It was a lot of fun and we had a record-breaking attendance- close to 60 people. Thanks to everyone for attending and those that helped with the event.
