How fitting that a florist be given the opportunity to write about flowers for a Valentine's Day publication! Along with love, hearts and candy---flowers are synonymous with the holiday.
I certainly appreciate that flowers are a popular gift of choice for this big day. We would be happy to help you choose the flowers and create a beautiful arrangement to convey your feelings.
Nothing captures the emotions or those special occasions quite like a 'surprise' floral delivery. People remember when they receive flowers and the feelings of appreciation are long lasting! But you don't need to wait for a special occasion or the traditional holiday to send flowers...
Think about someone who makes your everyday life easier or someone who makes a difference---a co-worker, a childcare provider, a volunteer. Recognize their efforts.
What about that special friend---someone who has reached a specific goal, received a job promotion. The person that is there when you need support. Recognize their achievements and the difference they make in your life.
Don't forget that special person in your life. No need to wait for an anniversary or the special holidays---the best time to send flowers is when the person least expects it.
There is the teacher that has helped your child through the struggles of learning, the hairdresser that squeezes you in last minute, the neighbor who is dealing with a long term illness, the nurse that shows you extra concern. Send flowers to you mom on your birthday to say thank you or to the new mother on her first day back to work. You get the message, the possibilities are endless!
The florist may deliver the flowers, but you will certainly reap the benefits. Celebrate the everyday!
