When two people decide to share a household, it's pretty typical to split household duties. Perhaps one partner is better at handling financial matters and the other is better at household chores. This delegationcertainly makes a household run smoother. In some cases, one partner handles EVERYTHING that relates to a household.
Our newest customer Mary was in a similar situation- her husband handled everything that revolved around their household. He passed away after a long battle with cancer and left Mary on her own. Not only was she grief stricken by the passing of her husband, but she was confused, scared and didn't know where to start with regard to her finances.
Luckily she contacted our office and was put into contact with Trevor. He started at square one and took the time to explain the fundamentals of insurance so she could understand the basics. He also reviewed her current policies in detail and was able to develop an insurance program that properly reflected her needs and situation. Best of all, she understood what he was recommending and discussing so she no longer was scared and confused about her insurance. She left comfortable and with the peace of mind she could contact us at any time with her questions and concerns and we would gladly help her moving forward.
In others words, she was NOT alone. And at a time of tremendous grief, that is what Mary needed. Someone to guide her through unfamiliar territory and help her come out the other side in a better position than when she entered. We were blessed to be able to provide that service to her and are very thankful for her business.
We look forward to a long relationship and will always be here to help Mary, whether she has a question, needs assistance with a claim or just wants a friendly voice.
