This Is When We Shine
You'll see pretty quickly that we stick beside you at claim time. Even better, we're pro-active about addressing claims issues BEFORE they happen.
We offer guidance about the claims process and get as involved as we need to be. Some examples of our involvement:
- Obtain accident reports
- Locate the responsible parties and turn in claims to their insurance company, if necessary
- Dispatch service professionals for clean-up (such as fire or water damage)
- Contact contractors (if a customer needs this assistance) for repairs
- Communicate with adjusters and provide documentation, photos and estimates
- Answer your questions as the process moves along
- Get involved when necessary to help get your claim paid
