Carrie joined the agency in 1996, after graduation from Wittenberg University.
She started with a marketing role, then gradually earned her insurance licenses. She is licensed in the State of Ohio for property/casualty and life/health.
Besides being the agency owner, she also assists clients with business and life insurance.
She has enjoyed helping her industry by writing articles for various insurance publications and speaking at insurance-related events. She is a published author, having written the book "Insuring Your First Home: Your Must-Have Guide to Make Home Buying Painless".
She enjoys helping her community by volunteering via the Bellefontaine Rotary Club, The Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership, or her church, First United Methodist Church.
She has two children and two cats.
Her passions include travel, painting, scrapbooking, rock concerts, working in her flower garden and spending time with friends and family.
Jennifer joined the team at Alan Galvez Insurance in 2019.
She is an Ohio licensed Property and Casualty agent, and enjoys working with Personal Lines customers to make the insurance experience easier- via a combination of education, personalized service and technology.
She handles both service and sales for personal lines customers. She can assist with many types of personal insurance such as auto, home, renters, condo, motorcycle, boat, umbrella and many others.
She was born in Bellefontaine but raised in South Florida, and attended Palm Beach Community College.
She moved back to Logan County to raise her kids- two boys who are 11 years apart.
Annika joined the agency March 2026. She graduated from Bellefontaine High School and Ohio Hi-Point Career Center (with a diesel certification) in 2024.
She is usually the first voice on the phone or the first face you see when you walk into the office. She enjoys helping people and looks forward to moving into an agent role upon completion of her licensing program.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family (including her son), fishing and working on cars.
